I’m the first test subject for everything Souverain Labs and Aeon Protocol produce, before either goes anywhere near a client. This page is the honest record of that — baseline numbers, what changes, what doesn’t move, and what gets dropped because it didn’t earn its place.
Entry 001 — Starting the Log
Kicking off the public log. Baseline biomarker panel and epigenetic-clock testing are being scheduled now, alongside a starting strength and conditioning baseline for Aeon Protocol. Results, the resulting protocol adjustments, and training numbers will be posted here as they come in — nothing gets cleaned up after the fact.
